Job Description:

Reporting to the Director of NA Marketing, the Sr. Field Marketing Manager will provide leadership in the development and execution of marketing strategies and tactics to enable revenue growth in North America.

Job Requirements:

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans that enable the Company’s North American commercial objectives for core portfolio.

  • Develop product positioning, customer segmentation, targeting strategies, marketing materials and promotional programs to drive competitive conversions and expand same store sales within current customer base.

  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns (including print, digital banners, email drips, and social media) to nurture and generate leads. Measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns with defined KPIs.

  • Identify and develop sales enablement tools to maximize sales effectiveness. Write copy and ensure creative execution supports marketing objectives.

  • Conduct market research for customer insights to inform marketing strategies and maximize commercial effectiveness. Maintain strong pulse on relevant trends, customer insights, and technologies that impact our industry and the way customers base buying decisions.

  • Work with partners and across functions (product management, field sales teams, sales operations, R&D, regulatory & legal) to deliver compliant and effective marketing materials

  • Work with clinical education & events team to execute customer educational programs and events, and leverage marketing channels to promote these programs

  • Work with training partners to ensure commercial teams are fully enabled and knowledgeable to deliver campaigns in the field

JOB DESCRIPTION

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans that enable the Company’s North American commercial objectives for core portfolio.

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field required

  • Minimum 4+ years of professional downstream marketing experience in medical device or life sciences industries (regulated industry)

  • Ability to travel up to 20% domestically

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • MBA Degree preferred

  • Digital Marketing and sales experience preferred

  • Demonstrated track record of creating & executing marketing strategy and tactics is required.

  • Demonstrated leadership in leading marketing campaigns and or product launches.

  • Demonstrated ability to take self-initiative and ownership, roll-up sleeve, make strategic decisions and deliver results with sense of urgency.

  • Strong analytical acumen to derive insights from sales and market data to inform marketing strategies and evaluate effectiveness of marketing programs.

  • Ability to develop creative solutions, including writing/editing copy and directing graphic design while working within our regulatory and legal procedures

  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality, with ability to influence across the organization

  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
