Your Day to Day

As a Sr. Director Partner Programs & Experience, you would be working on:

  • Develop and implement global programs that increase sales for GoTo, that deliver a simple and profitable experience to Partners.

  • Enhance and Expand Current Partner Program. Determine products to be included across various sales motions. Establish ways to measure and manage performance.

  • Lead from the front, building long term relations with executives in the most valuable partnerships.

  • Build Partner Enablement. Evolve enablement curriculum, determine systems needed to deliver enablement, launch and continue to enhance as needed

  • Recruit, evaluate, hire, retain, and enable a world class team of leaders capable of achieving indirect goals while leading GoTo to a step change in performance through explosive growth of channel sales. 

What We’re Looking For

As a Sr. Director Partner Programs & Experience, your background will look like:

  • 10+ years of experience in a senior program, operations and/or strategy roles with deep channel expertise in any of the following Routes to Market: Master Agents, Sub-Agents, Resell, MSP

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

  • Prior experience with a fast growth $1B+ technology company highly preferred.

  • Experience building and leading high-performance virtual teams to consistently deliver high impact results.

  • Analytical and data-driven problem solver, using sophisticated datasets strategically to build improvements, provide practical business insights and persuade others.

  • Effective working in an unstructured, collaborative environment requiring creative approaches. Able to see the big picture while also being hands-on and in the details.

  • Focused on doing what’s right for the business. High energy with contagious enthusiasm. Willing to take on the tough projects and challenges to support growth of the business.

  • Clear and genuine communicator with executive presence and excellent relationship building skills who encourages trust and credibility with all levels of individuals, both inside and outside the company.

  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment.

  • Adept at addressing cultural and geographic differences in global strategy implementation.

  • Demonstrated past success in meeting demanding schedules and making tradeoff decisions when needed.
