Our opportunity:

Automation Anywhere is seeking an experienced Director to lead our dedicated Partner Enablement team. Given the rapid growth of our Partner program, this role is critical in ensuring partners have the knowledge and skills necessary to sell, deploy and support Automation Anywhere customers. This position is ideally suited for an inspired leader with a passion for coaching and helping their team succeed. We are looking for someone who has considerable software channel expertise working with resellers, distributors, service partners and system integrators and ideally has helped build and scale the enablement function regionally or globally.

Location: Remote role - ability to work anywhere within the U.S

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

Core

  • Owning and evolving the Partner Enablement strategy in America

  • Providing a programmatic approach to deliver to the plan

  • Building and supporting unique partner enablement programs for a variety of partner routes to market

  • Actively reviewing and evaluating resources to determine when content needs to be updated, replaced or retired

  • Driving the Verified Services Partner (VSP) program and provide direction to our technical certification team as we continue to build out our certification program to support our channel growth strategy

  • Listening, collecting, and applying feedback from partners and internal stakeholders to shape the partner enablement program

  • Measuring and assessing the effectiveness of enablement to refine program requirements

  • Engaging with the product teams to drive focused enablement on the Identified solutions that are in focus

Collaboration

  • Working closely with the business teams in Americas to align the enablement programs based on the business asks

  • Collaborating with channel team to design and implement key performance metrics to measure the programs’ impact and effectiveness

  • Engaging with internal Channel teams, external Channel Partners, and Training teams to identify knowledge and skills enablement requirements for the partners

  • Partnering with the Training Development team to create, develop and manage cross-functional enablement programs focused on the Partner success

  • Collaborating closely with other members of the Global Enablement team to leverage best practices and programs, executed on a global scale

Mentoring

  • Constantly evaluating and refining partner enablement approach based on business needs

  • Acting as an advocate for partner training and enablement needs

  • Coaching and leading a team of skilled Partner Enablement Managers in America

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing or equivalent

  • 15+ years Computer Software or IT industry experience, preferably in an OEM or Channel environment

  • Strong commitment to partner success

  • Prior leadership experience and dedication to coaching employees
