About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Consultant – Finance, with a strong background in analyzing customer data. You will play a critical role in driving data-driven financial strategies and delivering exceptional insights to our clients. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting customer data to provide actionable recommendations that drive financial growth and efficiencies.
What You'll Do:
Analyze sales data from multiple systems and sources to create meaningful reporting around front-line sales trends
Compare multiple sales distribution channels against each other and determine areas of relative success and failure
Create actionable analysis that can be conveyed both within the consumer sales organization but also across the entire Kinetic business unit
Prepare presentations for the senior leadership team and broader audiences to describe the challenge, explain the analysis performed, and recommended action items to implement
Partner with Sales Operations team to ensure that reporting is enabled for the actions and changes they implement to proactively determine gaps or areas of improvement
Create dashboards of standard analysis views and publish them for broader consumption across the business unit, including the senior leadership team
Coordinate with Business Intelligence team to correct or re-categorize transactions into the proper sales channel or other meaningful attribute
Assist in creating both short- and long-term units forecasts for sales
Actual base pay for this job will depend on the candidate's primary work location and other factors, such as relevant skills and experience.
Qualifications
Do you have:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiencies in Excel, Tableau Desktop, PowerPoint, and SQL; Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) tools
Excellent analytical skills across a broad range of datasets
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proven experience analyzing customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to financial performance, customer behavior, and market trends
Even better:
Experience developing financial models and forecasts based on customer data analysis to support strategic decision-making
The ability to prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing data analysis findings, financial models, and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders

The starting compensation range for this job is $89,300 to $117,200.
Minimum Qualifications: College degree and 8 years professional level experience with 3-4 years supervisory experience; or 12 years professional level related experience with 3-4 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience desired.
