Santander’s Working Capital Channels product set allows clients to simplify, automate, and digitize payment processing for our clients with Santander and their counterparties, allowing the Bank to cement and grow the payment business. Reporting to the Head of Working Capital (WC) Channels, the WC product manager will assume product management responsibility flagship WC channel solutions such as Enterprise Payment Link and Nexus to deliver on a growing set of capabilities to differentiate the bank and win in the marketplace.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
Own key WC channel solutions end-to-end, ensuring each is meeting client expectations and revenue projections while managing risk
Effectively partner across functions and disciplines to deliver projects on time, per plan. Orchestrate a comprehensive go-to-market plan for each to maximize client adoption.
Collaborate with Project Management and Technology to develop compelling business plans to help position product enhancements for investment funding
Assume a business role in managing day-to-day interactions with third parties and vendors supporting the channels
Collaborate with Client Service/Onboarding and Operations to deliver on client expectations while reducing operational risk
Work with Revenue Management and the Client team to refine WC channel pricing strategies to profitably grow the business
Partner with client teams and Technical Sales Consultants to incorporate market and client feedback into the product roadmap. Act as a product expert to help win new business.

7 to 10 years experience in Transaction Banking, undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated track record in delivering complex products to market, on time and per plan.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders across the firm to get things done
Skilled in process redesign, project management, and leveraging technology to drive efficiency
Strong knowledge of transaction banking products (US and international), with an understanding of banking infrastructure and standards, including SWIFT, NACHA, and messaging standards. CTP (certified Treasury Professional) certification preferred, but not required.
In-depth understanding of how our clients use transaction banking products and channels, including extensive knowledge of payment transmission methods, security protocols and file formats (e.g. EDI, ISO), and how to position each in practical terms with clients
Strong internal and client communication skills, with the ability to tailor the message for both C-level decision makers and front-line associates. Become a trusted and credible business partner.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and familiarity with banking internal systems
