Communicate opportunities which may be out of scope.</li><li>Initiate and develop productive customer relationships in multiple functions (e.g R&amp;D, MS&amp;T, production, procurement, quality, regulatory affairs) and create network of contacts (scientist, project manager, manager and executive levels) to ensure comprehensive customer engagement.</li><li>Implement account plans and actively lead cross-functional teams to execute on customer opportunities that include adept coordination of field application scientist, legal, etc.</li><li>Effectively uses selling expertise to leverage points of agreement to address objectives in a way that develops buy-in and commitment for moving forward to close the sale.</li><li>Determine customer needs, respond to inquiries, and resolve problems in a timely fashion.
