Chewy Senior Technical Product Manager in Boston, Massachusetts
We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to join the PetMD team in Boston, MA. You will lead the delivery of high impact projects that span multiple Chewy teams. You will be responsible for the technical planning and implementation of new PetMD product offerings and creating a seamless connection to Chewy's services and products for pet parents. In this role, you will partner closely with product, engineering, editorial, design and business teams to deliver on an innovative roadmap. You will work with our developers to ensure clarity in requirements and own the implementation strategy from conception to delivery. You will collaborate across multiple Chewy product teams as we create a connected experience. You will contribute to both short-term and long-term vision and will define and own requirements needed to get us there.

What You'll Do:
Lead cross-functionally with teams of designers, engineers, analysts, and marketers to deliver products and features with strong customer value
Analyze customer needs across teams and projects, identify areas of opportunity for integration across products to solve customer problems efficiently
Establish mechanisms to improve collaboration across teams and maintain a high-quality bar for engineering implementation
Evangelize tools and systems built across engineering organizations to ensure efficiencies across the company
Review and report on progress, manage project risks, and implement contingency plans to keep projects on track
Coordinate with business partners to ensure the team is continuously delivering for the growing needs of the business
Cultivate and maintain a positive, inclusive, and upbeat culture that brings out the best in people
What You'll Need:
5+ years of Technical Product Management or Project/Program Management experience
Technical savvy - including hands-on knowledge of system integration, databases, and business intelligence
Agile experience (eg. Scrum Master, Product Owner) and ability to run sprints, stand-ups, and manage backlog
Excellent communication and organization skills
Ability to perform business requirements analysis and technical design
Capability to identify and mitigate development and implementation risks
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration
Position may require travel
Experience building consumer applications
Strong analytical skills including SQL
