ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who will partner with Hiring Managers to build a road map for recruiting, and ensure that premier talent is identified, engaged and attracted to BCBSMA. In this role you will bring proven experience in sourcing, building value based relationships and developing a pipeline of current and future prospects for BCSBMA vacancies. You will be accountable for bringing a business approach to the talent acquisition team, implementing innovative and cost-effective recruiting strategies that drive results and give our hiring managers a first-rate experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Partner with hiring managers and collaborate with HR business partners to identify staffing needs and develop innovative short term and long term recruitment strategies.

  • Articulate the BCBSMA Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategy to all stakeholders and ensure our selection processes promote fairness and opportunity

  • Successfully source, attract and hire all levels within the organization, including strategic, high impact roles

  • Use creative techniques to proactively source, develop, and maintain qualified and diverse pipelines of talent

  • Provide guidance to hiring managers during the hiring process and bring forth market insight to influence selections

  • Be a proactive brand ambassador and participate in networking events and community initiatives to source new talent and build our employment brand

  • Update, record and maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system and be accountable for meeting recruiting metrics and goals

  • May mentor less experienced staff on top practices and strategic ways to source talent and partner with hiring managers

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, previous experience in recruiting for sales and/or marketing roles is a plus

  • A demonstrated aptitude to thrive in a business environment with a resilient manner

  • A well-organized approach to managing your workload, and the ability to work with sensitive time frames

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and social communication, and the aptitude to create and deliver presentations. You will be working in a team environment and balance working freely while keeping managers informed of progress and barriers to achieve results

  • Advanced experience in sourcing techniques, including finding new and innovative techniques

  • Excellent customer management experience, focused on setting expectations and communicating successes and barriers throughout the hiring process

  • A Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience / training

  • Experience with Workday ATS; highly preferred but not required. Experience with candidate sourcing CRMs also preferred.
