Panalgo Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in Boston, Massachusetts

Panalgo's mission is to improve healthcare through innovative analytics. Our team has built a next-generation analytics platform, Instant Health Data (IHD), to bring researchers together to generate insights into improving population health, quality of care, and managing costs.

We are hiring an experienced Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (TA Partner) to perform technical recruitment on Panalgo’s Talent Acquisition team. The TA Partner will partner with Hiring Managers to source, attract and hire for business-critical technical roles in a fast-paced environment. This position focuses on our recruiting efforts and developing innovative methods to recruit best-in-class candidates for technical openings across the organization in areas such as software engineering, data engineering, and IT. The TA Partner is responsible for creating and executing on successful sourcing strategy for each search and will manage full life cycle of the recruitment process, while ensuring positive candidate experience. He/she will be a strategic partner to the Business and will be responsible for leading client update meetings, providing market findings, ensuring diversity while submitting qualified screened candidates after proper vetting.

Qualified candidates for this role will be experienced in all aspects of technical recruiting including creative candidate sourcing, candidate generation and development, client management, and offer/negotiation.

How you will make an impact:

  • Engage and partner with the hiring managers and/business unit leaders to understand hiring requirements, products, and services, while providing recruiting industry expertise.

  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies and manage the end-to-end hiring activities of assigned requisitions, delivering an efficient and effective service to all involved in the hiring process

  • Coach and guide hiring managers on Talent Acquisition related best practices, processes, interviewing/assessment strategies and tools.

  • Conduct on-going market research and analysis to develop innovative and effective sourcing strategies, providing market intelligence to the business as required.

  • Become subject matter expert in the technical function.

  • Spearhead and champion proactive recruitment and talent pipeline initiatives

  • Build sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.


  • 7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, including 3+ years recruiting for engineering/technical roles

  • Demonstrated success partnering with hiring managers to find, engage, and hire strong technical talent

  • Experience with recruiting tools and techniques to source candidates

  • Proven resilience and prioritization techniques; comfort handling a robust pipeline of candidates across multiple searches

  • Experience with recruiting tools and techniques

  • Experience with interview and offer management

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
