We are seeking an experienced, strategic marketer that can help our global go-to-market (GTM) teams drive revenue by creating powerful, buyer-centric positioning and content in support of our industry-leading talent development solutions – enabling Cornerstone to win more effectively in the market.
You will play a pivotal role in providing strategic GTM leadership in understanding, targeting, and engaging key customer segments to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction. You’ll partner with stakeholders across marketing, product, and sales to translate in-depth customer knowledge into compelling solutions and programs across marketing and sales. You’ll help our demand teams create and drive more impactful content and campaigns, and partner with enablement to support transformative, best-in-class solution selling for front-line account owners, so they can deliver more value to our customers.
In this role you will:
Segmentation Strategy: Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies to identify target audiences and understand their unique needs, behaviors, and pain points to maximize engagement and conversion.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within each segment, including but not limited to company size, industry, or personas.
Content Development: Partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to create segment-specific campaigns, playbooks, and collateral, including thought leadership materials, to effectively communicate the value proposition to each target segment.
Product Positioning: Work closely with Product Marketing (PMM) and product teams to ensure product offerings are aligned with the needs and expectations of key segments. Become the subject matter expert (SME) for prioritized GTM areas.
GTM Campaign Strategy: Inform the development of GTM campaign strategies that drive revenue growth within the target segments, collaborating closely with sales, product, and marketing teams.
Analytics and Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
Market Monitoring: Actively monitor and analyze market areas of ownership, keeping a pulse on evolving customer needs and competitive landscape to inform strategy adjustments.
You’ve got what it takes if you have:
Bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience in a related field (B2B SaaS marketing or sales strategy a major plus).
5+ years of experience in relevant marketing, consulting, or sales strategy/enablement roles.
Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and effectively influence cross-functional teams and complex projects concurrently with high degrees of task and deadline pressure.
Track record of driving rapid revenue growth through segment-specific marketing strategies
Ability to position innovative solutions and tell compelling stories through messaging briefs, sales positioning, and marketing collateral.
Experience partnering with product marketing and sales enablement to build customer-focused narratives and communicate to GTM teams
