Azure.com is a global marketing website serving millions of visitors each month and is critical to the Azure customer acquisition funnel. The website is the front door for customers to explore the different products and features available in Azure and understand the pricing for these products. Azure Commerce Pricing experiences team is building next generation capabilities that will enable Microsoft Cloud and Sovereign cloud vision. This is a senior PM role with lots of executive visibility and the opportunity for advancement. We are searching for a program manager who is passionate about positive customer experience, who can resolve ambiguity, and who can bring alignment when working with multiple product and engineering teams.
There is lots of cross group work across geographies, meeting with and engaging with Azure customers and other engineering teams, so you’ll need to love that kind of work and be proficient at creating and maintaining warm and productive working relationships.
Engage with customers and partners to understand their needs and drive E2E ownership of features
Navigate through ambiguous requirements, and then form crisp functional requirements
Drive execution and demonstrate ownership of complex, cross-group and cross-discipline projects to successful completion
Partner with teams across Azure to understand the requirements and work with engineering teams on the implementation details
Evangelize the capabilities of the product with licensing, sales and external customers
Contribute to the product vision and influence the roadmap of the team
Work directly with customers to understand their business requirements and help them resolve friction in areas related to their adoption and use of Microsoft Cloud services.
At least 5+ years of program/product management experience in online experiences. Having previously worked on consumer user-facing product experiences is a plus
Excellentcustomer empathywithexperience in user centered design. Should have demonstrated success in creating innovative and user friendly software applications and customer facingfeatures
Strong problem-solving and data analytical skills
Proven ability to align a team behind a customer-focused vision and deliver against plan.
Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical
Experience on projects building Web/Application/API services at scale
Experience working on multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines
Have a good understanding of solutions & capabilities offered by other cloud platforms
