This requires a new operating model, not just a pull forward of the current remote work environment.

Micro soft Dynamics 365 applications unlock productivity in the enterprise, with solutions for marketing, finance, operations, customer engagement, and much more. Inside Microsoft we continually test those capabilities with tens of thousands of environments, hundreds of thousands of users, and millions of sessions per month. New applications and features are constantly evaluated and refined because, if it meets our rigorous requirements, it will work for any customer in the world.

As a Senior Program Manager in the Seamless Teamwork group, you will be the General Contractor for Dynamics 365 within the Microsoft tenant. That means you will be the liaison between Microsoft Digital, its internal customers, and our Product group.

In this role, you will be surrounded by passionate, smart, energetic people who care deeply about the work they do. You will have the opportunity to interact with product planners, engineering teams, IT support teams, and internal and external customers. This is a startup, so you will have the latitude and autonomy to define how you will be successful. You’ll collaborate to develop a strategic roadmap of Dynamics applications to deploy within the Microsoft tenant, define and execute on an intake process, log and prioritize bugs and feature requests, and hold the product group accountable to not just meet, but exceed our minimum bar. Applications will be launched within the Microsoft tenant to hundreds of thousands of users, and you will ensure those products are successful through promotion, customer engagement, support, and customer satisfaction measurement.

Professional engineering teams use Dynamics 365 products inside Microsoft to run major parts of our business, especially in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. As the General Contractor, you will ensure that those teams get the support from the Product Group they need and ensure that communications from the Product Group reaches the right internal customers.

The success you find within Microsoft will be replicated, first to other groups within Microsoft, then shared with external customers through whitepapers, Microsoft Digital showcases, and direct customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Build a prioritized delivery roadmap of Dynamics 365 applications within Microsoft by determining strategic value, effort to deploy, and cost of competitive licenses or manual processes.

  • Develop and refine a repeatable intake process for applications wherewe evaluate them for security, compliance,and supportability.

  • Log and prioritize product bugs anddeficiencies, and work with our Product Group partners tofix and validatethose deficiencies before deploying to our tenant

  • Promote applications throughan app catalog, videos, training sessions, webinars, anduserdocumentation

  • Oversee end user product support, ensuring that supportmeets our SLA and customers are satisfied

  • Lead a feature crew with software engineering and service engineeringto build deployment automation, telemetry solutions, and other tooling as required.

  • Build relationships with engineering teams around Microsoft to act as aliaisonbetween those groups and the product group, maintaining a central backlog of bugs and feature requestsandfacilitatingcommunications between groups

  • Actively collect product feedback from internal customers, maintain a prioritized backlog, and work with the product group to continually iterate our products.

  • Help to document our success and share our stories with external customers

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ expertise withPower Platform, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 developing enterprise grade solutions

  • 4+ years of experiencewithAgileprinciples andmethodology

Preferred, not required:

  • Ability to work with internal users, product owners,and subject matter experts

  • Ability to quickly master technical concepts, although codingisnot required

  • Product or program management leading engineering teams

  • Certified Scrum Master and/or Certified Product Owner

  • PMP Certified

  • Data analytics skills to understand usage patterns and make informed recommendations for futures.

  • Tenantgovernance of Microsoft platforms

  • Technicalbackground with an understandingofsecuredevelopment patterns
