We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Global PMM Team. This person will work in lock step with our Product Management Team to bring exciting new product releases to market rapidly and consistently as we strive to fulfil our goal of enabling 'any-where working' for all. It is an exciting time to join LogMeIn as the shift to remote and hybrid work is still very much at play for almost every organization around the world. You will play a key role in the execution of our go-to-market strategy by working cross functionally with key stakeholders across the business - from supporting our sales/care teams to interfacing directly with some of our largest customers to gather feedback and influence our product roadmap. This Senior Product Marketing Manager role is for our Unified Communications and Collaboration group, supporting our entire suite of GoTo solutions (GoToConnect, GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, GoToTraining and GoToRoom). Responsibilities: Drive new business and bolster customer retention by developing effective, innovative go-to-market strategies that successfully bring new products, features, and functionality to the hands of our customers. Create relevant and compelling messaging to showcase the value that GoTo solutions can bring to our customers, especially as it pertains to future developments Act as the "quarterback" for all launches and go-to-market strategies that impact cross-functional partners in both internal and customer facing roles - you will lead product launches from start to finish Leverage competitive insights to ensure LMI products are priced and packaged competitively - develop new promotions and pricing/packaging tests Be the known as the subject matter expert for product development and market perspective - you will be relied on heavily to answer questions about what's coming next Enable our sales teams with critical information that helps them inform our customers about the future of GoTo and ultimately drive growth for the business Focus on vertical segmentation and how our solutions can best serve industries and customer use cases Work closely with external hardware and software partners to amplify the GoTo better together story to customers around the world Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in product marketing or product management Direct experience in, or strong background knowledge of, the software as a service industry and modern SaaS go-to-market tactics Demonstrated success executing on a vision and energizing others to embrace it Concrete examples of leading product launches and/or marketing campaigns Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and articulate the context, outcomes and impact of the analysis to a diverse audience Proven ability to prioritize and multitask in fast paced, dynamic environment Keen attention to detail with a natural ability to develop productive relationships across the organization - care, pricing, web, analytics, marketing, product, sales teams & more Problem solver with positive outlook on how you contribute to the future of the business & the solutions we bring to our customers
