LogMeIn Senior Product Marketing Manager in Boston, Massachusetts
LogMeIn is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to work on LastPass for businesses and partners. LastPass is an award-winning password manager and identity solution that helps millions of individuals protect their online lives, and thousands of businesses secure their remote workforce with single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and password management. This role will be a subject matter expert in password and identity management and a key player for many GTM teams – product management, partner marketing, adoption marketing, sales, web, sales, and more.
The right candidate is detail-oriented, customer-centric, and collaborative; they will be focused on GTM strategy and a subject matter expert in password management and cybersecurity. A successful candidate will have proven experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment, can run a cross-functional GTM launch in their sleep, thinks strategically yet has an eye for detail, and has an understanding of the partner landscape and marketing to partners (MSPs, resellers, etc).
This role reports to the Director of Product Marketing and is an individual contributor role focused on B2B. This person works on multiple projects at a time, which vary in complexity and scope, and should be comfortable coming up with and offering solutions to cross-functional teams.
Lead GTM launches by providing messaging platforms, alignment with product management,launch goals,andKPIs, as well ascross-functional planning and execution.
Run point on LastPass messaging and personas for the Identity portfolio, including ongoing feedback loops, testing, and refinementto deliver impactful value propositions & points ofdifferentiation.
Bea password management & identitysubject matter expert on target audience and buyer, pain points, value prop, and overall messagingfor internal teams and to inform thought leadership strategy & creation.
Developa keen understanding of the LastPass partner ecosystem, and develop a framework for how we enable & active partners on our core GTM updates (launches, thought leadership,etc)
Work closely with the sales and partner teams to provide enablement materials include talk tracks, email scripts, pitch deck, collateral, and tools/positioning to generate and convert pipeline.
Partner with Market/Competitiveteamto understand the latest market and customer trends.
Create product content to highlight the capabilities and value of the LastPassfor businessproducts (SSO, MFA, password management)throughsales collateral,white papers, demo videos,and evaluation guides to accelerateproductadoption and growth.
Be a true go-getter, taking ownership of and executing projects to drive the business forward. You aren’t afraid to make critical decisions that impact the business, and you’re willing to lead peers in cross-functional projects.
Minimum 5 years of work experience and 2-4 years in product marketing at a SaaS technology company. Experience in cybersecurityor identitywould be an added bonus.
Proven experience launching products, including messaging platforms, alignment with product management, leading cross-functional teams, and setting and reporting on KPIs.
Understand of the partner landscape is ideal (MSPs, resellers, strategic partners).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Comfortable with drawing insights and creating actions from usage data, market research, industry, and customer feedback.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating tasks to team members that are not your direct reports, as well as sharing updates with leadership and executive teams.
