Wayfair Senior Product Marketing Manager, Supplier Technology Platform in Boston, Massachusetts

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Partner Home (PH) is Wayfair’s supplier facing platform that enables our 16,000+ supplier-partners to manage and grow their business by selling on Wayfair.&nbsp; The Product Marketing team closely collaborates with Product Management, Engineering, Content Strategy, Category Management and Ops teams to drive success for our supplier base.&nbsp;</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As a Senior Manager on the Product Marketing team, you will own one of the product lanes for Partner Home and manage the go to market strategy and release communications for all product releases within your lane. You will work closely with several Product Management teams to drive scalable adoption and engagement of the Partner Home platform and its products. You will be part of the global Supplier Marketing team whose mission it is to drive supplier engagement &amp; success across Wayfair’s platform by surfacing the right content &amp; messaging, at the right time, through the right channels, to the right supplier contact. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Supplier Marketing sits within the Global Supplier organization which includes all team’s with a vested interest in optimizing the supplier experience一Product Management, Supplier Support, and Marketing一requiring close and continuous collaboration.</span></p>

<p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p>


<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop, manage and execute the release plans and go-to-market activities for new Partner Home tools, feature updates, and platform enhancements&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Together with Product Managers, define supplier targeting and release strategy (e.g., marketing support channels and tactics, messaging and positioning of releases)</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work cross functionally with key stakeholders to ensure both internal and external readiness of releases</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Serve as the product marketing center of excellence at Wayfair, setting the governance and marketing standards for how we support releases across all supplier facing technology to ensure a consistent</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> look and feel</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Launch and maintain new channels for marketing to both prospective and existing suppliers, such as developing a web presence for selling on Wayfair, driving lead generation and establishing new channels for driving engagement and usage within the platform</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborate with other Supplier Marketing teams, ensuring clear communication of upcoming releases and working to develop 360 campaigns from release, to training, to adoption and retention of our supplier partners</span></li>


<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>What You Will Need</strong></span></p>


<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">6+ years’ of professional experience with 3+ years experience in product marketing, ideally within a SaaS or B2B environment</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">MBA preferred but not required&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to learn and act quickly, make decisions and draw conclusions in the face of ambiguity</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Cross functional, senior presence; able to clearly and consistently work side-by-side with a broad range of functions to achieve mutual objectives</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong writing and communication skills, experience in developing clear and concise product messaging and positioning frameworks</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Intellectually curious, high energy, with a strong work ethic and a desire to work in a fast-paced, high stakes team environment</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">“Get stuff done” attitude – willingness to roll up your sleeves and engage deeply with associates or managers, across multiple teams and agendas, to accomplish what needs to be done</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to identify and succinctly summarize roadblocks and constraints, propose potential solutions, and drive towards resolution</span></li>
