Nike Senior Product Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

Senior Product Manager – Converse Inc. Boston, MA. Drive and lead product portfolio plans and financial forecast including all key landmarks/results/value drops, budgeting, facilitate intake process, resourcing, dependencies, concerns, and communications; define and lead Supply Chain business needs for running our business by performing analysis business goals, teaming and people, financials, product governance; collaborate and lead Enterprise partners to evaluate the performance management of the data product portfolio, building new capabilities to grow the portfolio and ensure the agile process is continually evaluated to meet the changing complexity and scope of the organization accountabilities; develop Supply Chain Product Communication Strategy and Activation Plan to engage the organization in understanding, owning, & feeling confident in the Supply Chain Product journey; utilize big data analytics stack with knowledge in Python, SQL and Tableau; perform statistical modeling and analytics techniques; detailing knowledge of ETL methodologies; lead team of people to analyze and translate consumer behavior into strategic insights which will help guide the operational strategy; partner with Distribution Centers (DCs) globally and store leaders to help teams create, deliver & optimize world class supply chain and retail experiences through innovative retail concept, connected services, and distinctive experiences; and partner cross-functionally to implement and integrate new technologies and evolve data and analytics products; Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, IN, LA, MT, ND, SD, VT, and WY.

Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, or Business Administration and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in an analytics-related occupation.

Experience must include:

  • Product Management;

  • Data Visualization such as Tableau, Power BI, and Sigma;

  • Data analysis;

  • Process mapping;

  • Strategy Management;

  • Market Research;

  • Consumers Insights;

  • Project Management;

  • Financial Analysis;

  • Data Engineering such as MS Azure, AWS, & Snowflake;

  • Python and R;

  • Business Analysis such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and Alteryx; and

  • Agile and Scrum.
