<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We’re looking for a motivated leader to transform our Yard Management function within the Wayfair Fulfillment Network. This is an exciting chance to reshape how we manage the hubs of our network activity because the Yard is the place where the whole supply chain comes together, including building operations, transportation, ocean containers, forecasting, and network management.</span></p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>

<ul>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Responsible for bringing multiple Wayfair operational teams together to align on a vision for the future of Yard Management at Wayfair.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop a roadmap, in partnership with Operations, Engineering, and Design partners, that enables your product vision. Keep stakeholders updated on the roadmap on a regular basis.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Partner with providers of our 3rd party Yard Management tool to find creative ways to execute in the short term while building toward the long term vision.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Define OKRs and work with Engineering and Analytics to measure success.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Become a subject matter expert on Yard Execution, Appointment Scheduling, and related topics.</span></li>

<p><strong>What You'll Need</strong></p>

<ul>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">5+ years experience in product management, ideally including some B2B or enterprise product work</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ideal candidate will have experience with supply chain, logistics, or warehousing in some capacity, but only a willingness to learn is required</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience working with engineers and designers using Agile frameworks</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong technical background with a passion for breaking down challenging problems and driving value incrementally</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">with demonstrated ability to navigate a complex organization and generate buy-in for ideas and plans</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for action and ability to deal with ambiguity and rapidly changing environments</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to effectively prioritize and to communicate technical tradeoffs to stakeholders</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Curiosity and empathy for stakeholders and product users</span></li>
