Senior Product Manager
About the role:
Join Takeda as a Senior Product Manager where you will be responsible for Key Opinion Leader and competitive strategy for the product. Close collaboration and support for HCP and Consumer team leads. Primary responsibility is developing Key Opinion Leader content aligned with brand strategy, working with OCE and A&I to ensure omnichannel execution and optimization. As part of the Commercial Business Operations, you will report to Director, Marketing.
How you will contribute:
Key Opinion Leader strategy: Leads development, implementation and optimization of programs, engagements and tactics related to Key Opinion Leaders in alignment with the Brand strategic priorities.
Responsible for contacting of Key Opinion Leaders and Patient Advocates and associated documentation, tracking and monitoring for all Brand led engagements.
Develops and navigates core promotional assets through medical, legal, and regulatory review (PRT).
Effectively manages vendors and agencies, their work product and budget for assigned programs.
Monitors and evaluates performance of programs and recommends areas of optimization, identifies actionable insights to improve Customer experience.
Competitive Strategy: Collaborates with A&I competitive lead to ensure key market events are assessed, monitored, and integrated into strategy, brand plans, LOE and field communications.
Partners with Omni Channel Marketing team to pull through HCP, Consumer and Key Opinion Leader Strategy in non-personal channels.
Participates in the Brand Planning process and Brand strategy development.
Sample Strategy – Liaison to Sample Operations, brand point for sample forecasting and MySample Closet, label update sample considerations
Liaison with Market Access regarding brand messaging for formulary changes, brand strategy on saving and support programs.
Sales Summer Internship brand rotation lead will revise and refine 2-week rotation curriculum, organize meetings and presenters, and serve as the Brand point person.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of experience with increasing responsibilities in sales, marketing, or related function
Healthcare related experience
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across key stakeholders.
Ability to effectively mobilize internal and external resources.
Strong influencing, communication, and presentation skills
Travel to internal and external meetings including overnights and weekends will be required, estimated up to 20% travel.

This position is currently classified as "hybrid" in accordance with Takeda's Hybrid and Remote Work policy.
Preference will be given to candidates with a remote location near, and availability to work during the working hours of, the corporate office in Boston, Massachusetts.
Base Salary Range : $ 130,200 to $186,000, based on candidate professional experience level. Employees may also be eligible for Short-term and Long-Term Incentive benefits as well. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program and Paid Volunteer Time Off. The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.
