Senior Product Manager, Healthcare
This role requires an individual who will develop market leading solutions specific to the Healthcare industry, representing Iron Mountain to internal and external customers, prospects, partners and industry analysts. This is an integral part of our vision, strategy, and overall growth and requires creative strategic thinking.
This individual will identify new product opportunities by being well-versed in current industry trends and technology, analyzing and evaluating the marketplace as well as supporting existing in-market services. The ideal candidate will prioritize opportunities, make recommendations for investment, generate product concepts, communicate persuasively and execute on strategic direction.
This role focuses on Healthcare processing and workflows with a strong focus on leveraging technology to accelerate growth and developing next generation solutions.

Analyze the performance of current Healthcare service offerings including financial performance, win/loss analysis, concepts for new services (includes forecasts for those new services), and service offerings of competitors
Foster close working relationships with Service Line Executive Leaders, Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, Field Marketing, PR, Corporate Marketing, Executive and Operations teams to effectively leverage expertise and resources, and utilize cross functional teams to maximize and focus resources on the achievement of marketing and business objectives
Lead and influence strategic goals of senior business leaders across functional areas
Develop new service offerings by market testing, market research, market assessments, competitive evaluations, gather input both internally and externally to define product concepts, develop detailed requirements, feature definitions and implementation plans, validating with customers and modifying accordingly
Provide the “voice of the customer” to ensure marketability of products, establishing and tailoring of value propositions for appropriate market segments
Lead cross-functional team in product development and service enhancement initiatives
Package, price and bundle service offerings
Collaborate with geographic Product Marketing and/or geography leadership to define value and prioritize future product requirements and roadmap
10-15 years of experience in Healthcare, with a significant portion in product management
Experience with defining solutions or services for Service Providers is a plus
Strong executive facilitation skills and experience related to strategy development and problem solving
Solid strategic analytical skills (i.e., market and competitive dynamics, business performance)
Comfort in a rapidly changing environment with competing and shifting priorities
Strong sense of urgency
Ability to quickly develop domain and customer expertise
Exceptional written and oral communications skills (including presentations), as well as listening and interpretation skills
Superior people management skills, with an intense focus on core culture and values
Ability to work well in a team environment
High degree of professionalism and integrity
Must be able to travel: 35%
