About the role:

As part of the Global Oncology Products & Pipeline Strategy team, you will report to Global Brand Lead, Lymphoma and work with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to drive an asset in our oncology portfolio

How you will contribute:

  • Drive conception, development and internal approval of key Global marketing tactics and materials in partnership with the agency of record and key cross functional partners. Materials may include creative campaign, core visual aid / interactive visual aid, brand book, digital content, and content for peer-to-peer tactics

  • Plan and develop brand presence at key congresses, including promotional content and engagement plans

  • Manage advisory boards and KOL relationships

  • Develop and execute above-market digital tactics

  • Engage with Regions / Local Operating Companies (LOCs) to gain input and alignment on key brand tactics. Organize and execute brand meetings with LOCs

  • Partner with the Insights & Analytics teams to distill key insights, validate business opportunities, and inform specific brand strategies and tactics

  • Lead development of annual tactical plan and manage global brand budget

  • Play a key role in financial planning (MRP/LRF/MYC) and brand planning

  • Support launch of new indications as well as LCM

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree

  • 5years of work experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, Global Marketing experience a plus

  • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, with experience in either Oncology or Rare Diseases strongly preferred, lymphoma experience a plus

  • Experience in successfully representing the commercial perspective during the internal review of promotional materials

  • Demonstrated communication and relationship-building skills with ability to drive alignment across functions and regions/countries, and lead matrix teams

  • Experience in marketing strategy and tactic design with an ability to communicate ideas to internal partners and external agencies, ability to clearly and succinctly communicate (verbally/written) at the executive level

  • Capable of leveraging data and analytics to distill insights and drive data-based decision making

  • Ability to operate independently to drive projects from conception to execution and pull through, gaining alignment from functions and countries

  • Enthusiasm, confidence, ability to work on multiple tasks, problem solving ability, creativity and ability to prioritize effectively to meet personal, team and company goals
