We are looking for an innovative product manager with a passion for driving new product capabilities from initial concept to successful delivery. Salesforce Field Service is one of the fastest growing businesses at Salesforce. Our customers include many Fortune 500 companies and represent a broad set of industries. They rely on Salesforce Field Service to effectively manage their resources, and assets to differentiate their services, strength customer relationship, and improve operational efficiency.

This role will be responsible for driving the future of foundational capabilities in the Salesforce Field Services by developing the tools to help our customer reduce implementation time, effort and cost.

Responsibilities:

  • Product owner for foundational services in Salesforce Field Service. This PM will lead 1+ scrum teams, and partner with other PMs in Field Service and other clouds.

  • Responsible for the end to end product life cycle. This includes: market needs, requirements gathering, product vision, roadmap prioritization, release execution, as well as field and customer enablement.

  • Leverage market analysis, competitive knowledge, product analytics and customer research to define product vision and roadmap through data driven decisions.

  • Engage directly with customers during research, pilot and beta to ensure the product will help them reach their desired business outcomes.

  • Translate customer needs and use cases into product requirements.

  • Guide a cross-functional team of researchers, architects, UX designers, developers, quality engineers and technical writers to build new features in an agile development methodology.

  • Partner with delivery teams, such as outbound PM and solution architects for field enablement and adoption.

  • Evangelize the product and new features with marketing, sales, support, professional services, partners and customers.

  • Present your product and roadmap, and create compelling demos for internal and external use.

Required Skills:

  • Passion to address key customer pain points with innovative solution

  • Equivalent of 5+ years of product management or similar experience

  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming requirements into an actionable product roadmap.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication skills (written, oral and listening)

  • Proven ability to create wireframes, product demonstrations and proof of concepts for new product ideas and marketing events

  • Professionalism, dedication and ability to lead in a collaborative team environment.

  • Business analysis and process knowledge in the asset maintenance domain

  • Ability to cover the working hours in US PST time zone

  • B.S. degree (Computer Science, MIS or related degree preferred)

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with Salesforce Field Service platform

  • Understanding and knowledge of one or more these industry verticals including manufacturing, high tech, healthcare, communication and professional services.
