Humana Senior Product Manager - Cyara in Boston, Massachusetts
The Senior Product Manager Conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use. The Senior Product Manager work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The Senior Product Manager will have oversight of the Cyara Product. This is a testing automation tool for Voice experiences. They will be responsible for all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace, by developing products to meet specific customer needs and achieve specific cost and success outcomes. Once products are launched, monitors efficacy of products and uses customer and business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs across each customer segmentation, adjusting products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, andwork is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analysis, or Testing
Experience driving teams and management to decisions
Experience working with cross functional teams
Experience working with various teams simultaneously
Experience systematically analyzing problems, drawing relevant conclusions, and devising appropriate courses of action
Core business hours align to Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Must have ability to support after-hours releases based on business need
Ability to effectively break down barriers to maintain progress on initiatives
WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mbps download x 10mbps upload) is required.

Experience in working with Agile / Scrum work environment as a Product Owner: writing user stories, and following the development process through user story acceptance
Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira Align
Experience with Microsoft Visio
Diplomatic with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Healthcare insurance industry experience
Contact Center experience preferred.
