At Exabeam, we are reinventing the way security teams use analytics and automation to solve threat detection, investigation, and response (TDIR), from common security threats to the most critical ones that are difficult to identify. As a Senior Product Manager on the Security Applications team, you’ll help drive Exabeam’s TDIR solutions to the next level. You will be responsible for product onboarding and driving the development of new product capabilities to modernize SOC operations.
You will be a domain expert in TDIR and build workflow-based products that help to transform the SOCs day-to-day operations. In addition to your own experience, you will rely on interaction with enterprise customers and partners to understand requirements and pain points, engineering to prioritize and develop the right features, and Sales and Marketing to bring those features successfully to market.
Own the strategy, positioning and roadmap delivery for customer onboarding and adoption.
Collect customer, Sales, partner, and market feedback to inform the product roadmap and backlog.
Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements and user stories for development by Engineering teams.
Own development and evolution of the product roadmap and manage backlogs.
Work with Design, Engineering, and other core teams to execute on the roadmap and deliver new features.
Work with the broader cross-functional organization to communicate and make tradeoffs to meet corporate objectives.
Serve as the subject matter expert and facilitator for collaboration across teams, both internal and external, to ensure the everyone has what they need and can work efficiently.
5+ years of Product Management experience in building and scaling SaaS enterprise products
BA/BS in Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience.
Strong understanding of the security industry, enterprise environments, and cybersecurity products.
A quick learner and quicker thinker.
Be able to prioritize and focus on what matters most to customers and partners
Possess relentlessly high standards (i.e., never be satisfied with the status quo).
Effective leadership skills and ability to listen, communicate, and motivate teams to achieve results.
Experience overseeing all elements of the lifecycle in a fast-paced, Agile/Scrum model of software development. Excellent communications skills: written, verbal, group presentations.
A track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate, inspire others, and deliver on projects.
