We are hiring a talented Senior Performance Marketing Manager to build and grow the GoTo affiliate and performance programs across the GoTo portfolio of products. The ideal candidate moves with ease from strategy to execution to reporting and can help connect the pipes across multiple platforms, all while growing programs at different maturity stages. We are looking for someone who can guide our affiliate agency and vendors on program expansion, as well as meeting company needs for incremental growth.

Your Day to Day

As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you would be working on:

  • Work with agency and performance vendors to grow our affiliate and performance channels. Focuses will be on existing partnership expansion, new partner recruitment across all categories (content, mass media, coupon sites, and more), and ongoing optimizations.

  • Work closely with internal analysts to understand the full-funnel impact of each campaign, inclusive but not limited to MQL Rate, Opp. Rate, Pipeline, Conversion Rate, Average Deal Size, etc. Leverage down-funnel data to optimize campaigns towards our growth goals.

  • Partner with various members of the web team to develop and test landing page optimizations to improve conversion rates.

  • Regularly analyze data using multiple sources to make an informed decision to optimize/accelerate digital campaigns.

  • Manage quarterly budgets, including PO’s, contracts, and invoices. Work closely with the Marketing Budgets team to ensure budget is properly allocated and on track to meet quarterly expectations.

What We’re Looking For

As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, your background will look like:

  • BA/BS in Marketing or related field required.

  • 3-4 years of experience in a demand gen marketing role; 2+ years in an affiliate specific role preferred

  • Knowledge of payment models: CPL, CPA, CPC and how those impact growth goals

  • Experience in growing customer acquisition through performance-based partnerships

  • Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of analytics tool such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and Salesforce. AdWords and Bing are a plus.

  • Project management skills with a focus on attention to detail, organization, and exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to handle multiple projects at once
