What you’ll be doing…

The Executive Briefing program brings together senior leaders from Tableau and Salesforce with our customers to discuss business transformations using data and analytics. As the leader of the Executive Briefings team, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and results of one of our most important executive audience programs. This role sits within Global Marketing - Executive Programs and manages impactful specialists. You will collaborate closely with Leadership, Sales, Development, Field and Product Marketing in all regions to plan and deliver programs that create impact for both Tableau and Salesforce, and solutions for our customers.

The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing manager with a consistent track record of successfully leading executive engagement programs, preferably customer briefings. You are highly collaborative with a passion for building and executing impactful programs across a matrix organization and you embrace data-driven decision-making. You are located in Seattle and comfortable working in a hybrid (in-person, remote) work environment.

Some of the things you’ll be doing include…

  • Establish the growth strategy for the Executive Briefings program at Tableau and for the analytics content within briefings at Salesforce

  • Further define the program offerings, enablement plan, and alignment to the executive audience journey

  • Orchestrate executive briefings that persuade our customers to engage, buy and expand their use of Tableau

  • Lead and develop a talented team of marketing specialists who are driven to take ownership and win together

  • Build productive relationships with all program stakeholders, both internal and external

  • Share voice-of-the-customer executive insights throughout the organization

  • Align program priorities to a V2MOM ( while measuring and reporting quarterly results

  • Innovate with creative awareness and engagement campaigns to support growth.

  • Lead with data, using tools like Tableau to analyze performance and develop consistent, standardized, and reliable reports and dashboards representing campaign, pipeline and revenue.

  • Support and contribute to the larger Executive Programs team mission and overall executive community

Who you are...

Experienced.  8+ years global marketing experience.

Domain. Experience planning, executing and optimizing executive audience demand generation campaigns and creating high-end brand experiences.

Leader. Exceptional leadership skills: a strong recruiter and motivator of people.

Passion and Conviction. Comfortable working in a very dynamic, fast-paced environment, and with different time zones.

Excellent Communicator. You know what to say and more importantly, how to say it, across all levels of an organization.

Results oriented . Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks. Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.

For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $122,900. You may also be entitled to receive incentive compensation and benefits.
