We are seeking an Executive Programs Manager to join our Global Field Enablement organization to serve as a trusted, strategic partner orchestrating the delivery of enablement programs and initiatives that are aligned to our highest business priorities. In this role, the Executive Programs Manager will drive standardization in strategic programs to ensure delivery of impactful experiences at scale.

Working cross-functionally with stakeholders in and beyond Global Enablement, a candidate in this role will leverage a program delivery framework to activate the appropriate structure, tools, and delivery team as well as drive accountability for team alignment and execution.

A successful candidate understands the Salesforce enablement landscape, stakeholders, and target audiences and is able to collaborate to drive delivery of results-oriented enablement programs designed to achieve specific business outcomes. Additionally, s/he will have experience executing programs and measuring program success. An ideal candidate will have worked at a management consultancy or enterprise SAAS provider in a program or project management capacity, and will be comfortable interacting and building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.


  • Build program management plans and drive delivery and execution, including directing work and people to accommodate executive-driven shifts

  • Function as program single source of truth , including providing on-demand program messaging, updates, and clarification through established channels.

  • Align and manage stakeholders on program priorities, delivery plans, and calls to action in a highly matrixed environment.

  • In partnership with Communications team, drive communications cadences and influence targeted messaging and content for stakeholder personas in various modalities (written and virtual).

  • In partnership with Enablement Operations team, drive the capture and reporting of program issues, risks, and dependencies .

  • Measure and communicateresults of strategic programs and consistently achieve high customer satisfaction scores on delivered programs.


  • Minimum 3-5 years of combined experience in Enablement, Learning & Development, Program/Project Management, and/or Strategic Consulting.

  • Business acumen with an understanding of enterprise business models, go-to-market strategy, and sales process.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver scalable learning programs to increase performance and drive outcomes.

  • Experience managing enablement programs: Selling a program vision,driving adoption, and measuring the impact of enablement programs at scale.

  • Experience with program and project planning , prioritization, and collaboration for cross-functional initiatives. Must be detail-oriented.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills , with ability to effectively communicate ideas and influence all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to work well under tight timelines and juggle multiple priorities and rapid changes across complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Team-oriented leadership skills, with the ability to build rapport, collaborate, and motivate in a cross-functional environment.

  • A passion for learning, with energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others.

  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems and other related systems and processes.

  • Understanding of Salesforce solutions.

  • Experience with Google G-suite.

  • Experience with Quip preferred.

  • PMP Certification a plus.
