Wayfair Senior Manager, Supplier Marketing Analytics in Boston, Massachusetts

<p><strong>Supplier Marketing</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> closely collaborates with Product Management, Engineering and Supplier-facing teams to drive successful outcomes for our &gt;16,000 supplier base on Partner Home, our central platform for suppliers to manage their full business selling on Wayfair.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As the Senior Manager of End2End, you will be part of </span><strong>Supplier Marketing Analytics</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">, which drives and analyzes supplier traffic to Partner Home, and measures supplier actions and sentiment. We are building measurement solutions via supplier relationship tracking, referral and click-stream tracking, action valuation and satisfaction measurement.</span></p>

<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>

<ul>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lead the end2end team in the measurement of the supplier experience, from the creation of data (e.g. GTM tagging) to leveraging analysis to provide recommendations to partner teams (e.g. optimizing and improving supplier-facing communication)</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lead and support the team’s execution across several work streams by creating ambitious but reasonable timelines, managing workloads, and shifting resources as necessary</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborate closely with UX, PMs, Engineering, other Analytics and Commercial teams in developing, socializing and executing your agenda</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Influence without authority. Leverage the insights we generate to influence change with partner teams; providing actionable recommendations rooted in clean data</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop innovative analytical methodologies to answer strategic business questions across the organization, with a focus on campaign effectiveness, supplier list management, and content effectiveness (i.e. for Wayfair Academy)</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Create visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate insights from various analyses</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Contribute innovative and strategic ideas to help shape a relatively new team, and continue to drive impact across the organization</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Be a manager-doer; hands on in the implementation of each building block for this critical solution.<br><br></span></li>

<p><strong>What You'll Need</strong></p>

<ul>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a quantitative field (math, economics, statistics, physics, engineering, etc.)</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">6+ years of work experience in highly analytics roles, preferably with marketing analytics experience</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with SQL/Big Query required; knowledge of Python or another programming language is a plus</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong quantitative skills; a demonstrated ability to develop creative analytical methodologies</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with BI and visualizations platforms, including DataStudio (required) and Looker (preferred)</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Have extremely strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail and strong quality control</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Be Intellectually curious, passionate, and have a strong work ethic</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience working with, normalizing, and synthesizing large amounts of unstructured data into actionable insights</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to identify and succinctly summarize roadblocks and constraints, propose potential solutions, and drive towards resolution</span></li>
