CVS Health Senior Manager Strategic Partnership - Fully Remote in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships focused on commercialization. In this role, you will focus on driving strategic partnerships activity to drive new revenue channels for CVS KC. We are seeking an individual who has experience in corporate development, business development, channel partnerships, or similar field with a proven track record in driving partnerships and revenue. The right candidate will possess a strong understanding of CVS KC business and healthcare industry.You have extensive experience in sourcing, structuring, negotiating complex agreements and managing partnerships to maximize value creation. You possess deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and partnership structures. You have a cross functional perspective and can effectively engage sales and product organizations to achieve desired outcomes. You are action oriented and outcomes driven. You are proactive and creative in leveraging your extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry and partnership types to identify and execute revenue generating partnerships. You have experience in end to end deal execution. You have executive presence and can build strong, collaborative relationships at senior levels within CVS and partner organization. Roles• Lead teams in identifying, structuring, and executing strategic commercialization partnerships to meet the needs of the market, and accelerate revenue growth• Advance partnership opportunities by creating business cases, securing a deal bid, conducting due diligence, drafting definitive agreements, negotiating terms, and executing partnership agreement• Leverage the expertise, infrastructure, intellectual property, or customers of partner organizations to drive revenue, reach new audiences, increase distribution, and/or enhance existing products; manage partner sales • Manage partnerships to drive maximize value creation; collaborate cross-functionally in the development of the partnership business plan, strategy, and goals • Perform ROI analysis, competitive analysis, track industry trends, and maintain extensive knowledge of market condition• Identify a pipeline and contract new deals for white label, reseller and potential alliance opportunities• Manage channel business development opportunities and sales operations • Build and maintain a strong external intelligence base on key market trends to help inform our decision making

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in corporate development, strategic partnership, corporate strategy, and/or top-tier management consulting experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and executing commercial partnerships• Strong PowerPoint and communications skills required• Knowledge of healthcare industry, and payor/health plan experience; preference in kidney care market• Management experience• Complex program management across functional teams• Value-Based care experience preferred• Kidney disease and/or dialysis market experience • MBA or other advanced degree (preferred)• Experience working across corporate functions• Experience in analyzing complex business problems
