This is a time of transformation for Xbox. As a key leader of Xbox’s Digital Engagement team, the Senior M anager of Loyalty Market ing will own all Xbox rewards strategy, devising programs and campaigns that support key lines of business, including games, hardware, and subscriptions. As the owner of a loyalty program and budget that delivers a massive impact to the Xbox bottom line, you will provide cross-functional guidance to members of the Xbox and Microsoft Rewards organizations. You lead the strategy, program oversight and plan, while your partners drive your campaign execution, operations, and analytics that engage and monetize millions of our rewards members.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Own strategy andgo-to-market plansfor Xbox on Microsoft Rewards campaignsthat offer Games, Hardware and Services to members enrolled in your program

  • Managinga$30MM+annualbudget, devisecampaignsthatengagemillions ofmemberswhoearn rewards points used to buy content inthe Xbox store, on the console or the web

  • Createcampaigns and offersacrossdigital channels,including the Xbox console,Web, Mobile,Email,andNewsletter

  • LeadXbox’scurrentloyaltymarketingstrategyand future roadmap, partnering with various marketing and engineering partners to develop new capabilities and offerings

  • Partnerclosely withMicrosoft Rewards Operations and campaign execution teams whosupport yourengagement, earning, redemptionand monetizationefforts

  • Pilotpersonalizationmethods,testing,measurement,and campaign optimization, in partnership with Analytics and Data Science teams

  • Deliver campaign results that meet or exceed business goalsforthishigh revenue generating program.Communicate results to a wide set of audiences, including executives.

  • Contribute to various workstreams focused on adding to new features for Xbox on Microsoft Rewards andassociated programs designed todrive loyalty amongXboxgamers

  • Drive change across the Xbox organization as we re-think how we manage digital marketing in a modern, omnichannel world

Qualifications

Who you are

  • 6-8years’experience creating and managing consumer-facingdigital marketingcampaigns.Experience with in-product and relationship marketingrequired.Experiencemanagingloyalty programsrequired.

  • Excellent leadership skills with the confidence to leadteam members, influencecross-functional partnersand attract diversetalentto organization

  • Superiorcampaignmanagementskills, from developing strategieswith stakeholderstomanaginginternal partnersand stakeholdersthroughexecution

  • Strong quantitative,analytical,andcritical thinking skills.The successful candidate is a marketerthat letsdataguide them in everything they do.Ability to synthesize data and analytics to understand performancevs. forecast,and drive optimizations in current and future campaigns.

  • Skilledpresenter,communicator,and collaborator; able tomotivate your staff, articulate strategies andset proper expectations based on business priorities

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability toguide your team to prioritize andmanage multiple projects against multiple timelines, at once

  • Working knowledge ofdigitalCMS solutions,e.g.,Adobe Experience Manager, Braze, etc.

  • Knowledge of tactics, performance metrics, and optimization best practices for directanddigitalchannels(search, web, social, mobile, email, etc.)

  • Ability to be highly organized and to function well in a deadline-driven,challenging environment

  • Passionate about fostering an inclusive, diverse team culture

  • Bachelor’s Degreerequired. MBA desired but not required.
