The Content Marketing team is accountable for the development of industry leading content to fuel Pega's marketing engine. Join us to drive the creation of content to take our brand to the next level as the Pega Rocketship continues its meteoric rise! This is a unique opportunity to build & shape a new brand content team, leading the development of engaging thought leadership, evolving our webinar program and driving our new podcast program.

You’ll manage the newly formed brand content team, bringing your content marketing smarts aligned with your strong operational & people management skills to create innovative brand content that engage our audiences and inspire them to take action. You’ll bring together subject matter experts, writers & content producers to deliver content in multiple digital formats that connects with audiences across their buying journeys, helping to move Pega’s brand identity to be more bold, relatable & engaging. You’ll create a brand content engine that’s operationally efficient, delivering to requirements & timescales.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Manage the newly formed brand content team – a team accountable for delivering content to support Pega’s GTM brand programs. Team content accountabilities include brand content, podcast program, horizontal webinar program, blog program, Pega GO Magazine & Future of Content Series

  • Oversee the production of all brand content, ensuring the on-time completion of assets and deliverables by managing the project plan, timeline, brand content team and stakeholders involved in content production,managing activities to required deliverables and timescales, driving a culture of accountability

  • Work with writers, creative resources, subject matter experts & external resources as appropriate to develop brand content

  • Work with the content operations lead & brand programs team to regularly assess & report on content performance

  • Keep a pulse on the industry to help Pega keep abreast of latest trends in content & client story telling

Who You Are:

You’re an accomplished tech-savvy content marketer who likes to captivate audiences & elevate brands with compelling content and persuasive stories. You challenge existing thinking and have a knack for driving cross-functional engagement. You focus on quality, and you’re a strong team player, willing to roll up your sleeves to help get work done. Additionally, you’re someone whom teammates want to work with, day in and day out, who doesn’t take themselves too seriously, but takes driving great outcomes and being part of a winning team very seriously.

What You've Accomplished:

  • Supremely accomplished content marketer with 8+ years’ experience in a content marketing, portfolio marketing, field marketing, or marketing programs role

  • An editorial mindset with a passion for storytelling that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to connect with them

  • Exceptionally strong operational & people management skills, managing a team of content creators to deliver to an agreed plan, and driving a culture of accountability

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment

  • Excellent writing skills and understanding of appropriate asset types

  • Ability to partner and build relationships with thought leaders & cross functional content creators

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience in enterprise software marketing

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and flexibility to work effectively with people at all levels

  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills & experience building relationships with a cross-functional team

  • Ability to analyze and present content performance
