Launched during summer 2023, Ford Integrated Services will create and market new customer experiences by integrating hardware, software and services across Ford Blue, Model e and Ford Pro. These products and services will allow Ford’s retail and commercial customers to customize their vehicle like never before, with OTA-driven experiences that grow better over time. About the Role

Ford is seeking a Sr. Marketing Integration Manager on the Integrated Services MarCom team, who will be responsible for leading go to market strategies for Ford’s transformation software platforms that power a next gen customers experience and enable revenue generation.

This role will work closely with the Head of Integrated Services Marketing to establish processes and a foundational playbook to rapidly drive progress on Integrated Services marketing priorities across paid media, web, search, and the logged in customer experience across app and web.

This role will lead a team that will function as strategic marketing partners and drivers of execution in partnership with the product-focused Marketing Directors on Integrated Services, working to bring their overarching strategies & business objectives to life, by working effectively within the Ford system to launch communications, and creating thoughtful project-briefs tailored to each internal SME team.

What you'll do…

  • Work strategically to convert broad go-to-market hypotheses into detailed, channel-specific task briefs with known requirements, then assemble the right teams to brief and drive the work through delivery

  • Work within the Ford system to drive executional excellence, speed and focus – starting with BlueCruise – among all team members, constantly tracking back to revenue goals and optimization

  • Be a customer champion, delivering insights based recommendations for how to maximize marketing effectiveness

  • Guide and manage a team of 3-5 Marketing Integration Managers who will play respective roles as ‘pod leaders’ on their given businesses. This team will be responsible for guiding and driving a broader cross-functional team that is focused on Paid Media, Web, CRM, App, and In-Vehicle messaging.

  • Assure all team members are working from the same goals, delivering workstreams on-time & in-budget, and are maintaining ongoing awareness of parallel workstreams that impact day-to-day delivery

  • Ensure messaging pull through & consistency across all touchpoints

  • Manage a suite of agencies, and surface risks & enablers specific to BlueCruise and other key Integrated Services businesses, with a focus on driving stronger ways-of-working to support Integrated Services needs

  • Build a collaborative relationship model with key vehicle MarCom partners to ensure Services/Subscriptions messaging is planned in advance for vehicle deadlines

This role will consider candidates who are remote/hybrid with dependency on working EST schedule and openness to travel 30% based on business needs.

You'll have…

  • Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field of study

  • 8+ years of gradual career growth in enterprise marketing organizations focused on with focus on software, digital and/or service marketing

  • 3+ years of experience managing a team

  • Executional thinker – you understand how to take a strategy into actionable tasks

  • Proven track record delivering high volumes of cross-channel creative that is aligned to a single campaign or brand vision

  • Experience with developing marketing strategies for software based and/or subscription products driving engagement and adoption

  • Proven track record positively collaborating with multiple stakeholders at once

  • Direct experience driving process transformation within a large organization

  • Direct experience delivering large scale marketing campaigns with multiple touchpoints

  • Ability to navigate a matrixed organization to ensure timely delivery of marketing needs

  • Passion for thinking through the ‘end user experience’ and guiding creative works towards success with the end-user in mind
