We have the best solution engineers in the industry and we know how important it is for our solution engineers to have access to the best training resources in order to be “sales ready”. The Global Solutions Enablement team is looking for a highly motivated team player to deliver professional skills (soft skills) training programs. This is a key and strategic role that requires a balance of some program development and delivery expertise with a strong roll-up your sleeves and 'get it done' mentality. Success requires teaming with key stakeholders from our field solutions teams and sales enablement teams to drive the process, identifying key next steps, gaps and ultimately driving programs through the execution lifecycle.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaboration

  • Support the development of global enablement priorities and programs with delivery specialist team and Solution Engineering leaders.

  • Align with business unit leadership and regional teams to influence design, drive adoption, and measure success.

  • Coordinate global delivery of skills related programs in partnership with global Solutions leaders and strategy teams.

Enablement Program Design and Execution

  • Lead program strategy, design, and execution of solutions enablement programs in partnership with Solutions leadership across the globe, aligned to business challenges and organizational priorities.

  • Deliver participant-centered, and effective learning with confidence, passion and enthusiasm (both in-person and virtual).

  • Manage detailed enablement projects, ensuring that project team members are focused and executing their assigned tasks effectively and on time.

  • Manage key logistical tasks including course assignments and some scheduling.

Communications

  • Effectively communicate project details and updates to project team and key stakeholders from field solutions teams and the program office.

  • Manage an integrated communication plan of personalized touch points, with the goal of understanding the enablement needs of the solutions organization, and to ensure support from key leaders and stakeholders.

Measurement and Continuous Improvement

  • Drive accountability, ownership, and metrics for the learning outcomes and the impact of enablement events and programs.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively collecting feedback through various methods (e.g., assessments, survey’s, focus groups, etc.), evaluating learning effectiveness and recommending changes to optimize the learning experience.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • A bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience is required

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Required

  • Background in solution engineering, or skills enablement of customer-facing teams.

  • Advanced project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and related tasks, people and deadlines.

  • Deep understanding of seller needs and challenges.

  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results in a highly complex, matrixed global organization.

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills that span across various cultures and professional backgrounds.

  • Excellent public speaking and training delivery skills that are dynamic and applicable to a variety of audiences

  • Good working understanding of key project management tools including spreadsheets (GoogleSheets, Excel, SmartSheets) and Presentation Tools (Powerpoint, GoogleSlides).

Preferred

  • 3 to 5 years previous enablement experience; working with and influencing solutions engineering professionals and executives.
