Job Details

We are looking for an offensive security leader that wants to take their management skills

along with previous penetration testing, research to the next level, managing the Salesforce’s

world-leading M&A pentest team and working within a dynamic and fast-moving acquisition

landscape.

Key responsibilities

  • Hire, mentor, and manage the team.

  • Become a security subject matter professional (SME) in Salesforce offensivesecurity.

  • Build Strong engagement with Stakeholders accross the whole business..

  • Cross Collaborate with other security teams to provide insights & security knowledgeshare.

  • Continuously improve the due diligence offensive security process.

  • Identify and complete automation opportunities that help scale the due diligenceoffensive security process.

  • Provide security guidance and recommendations to engineering and operational teams.

  • Lead the development effort of security tools and exploits to increase the successrate of penetration testing.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership capacity.

  • 7+ years of experience in Offensive Security / Pentest.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Excellent team-building and leadership skills

  • Experience in penetration testing and/or Red Team hands on team management.

  • Experience in web-based vulnerability assessments.

  • Experience performing code and infrastructure design reviews.

  • Reverse Engineering/Exploitation capabilities
