As a vital member of the Strategic Partnerships & Innovation team, the SeniorManager will identify, evaluate and execute strategic partnerships that supportinnovation and growth priorities across the enterprise, including RetailPharmacy, PBM, MinuteClinic, Omnicare and Specialty Pharmacy. This is a uniquerole that will marry business and strategic rigor with an innovator’screativity and will be based in our Digital Innovation Lab in Boston, MA.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of overall experience in corporate innovation or corporate development, management strategy consulting, venture capital/private equity.

  • Prior experience in technology, consumer healthcare or retail sectors. Experience evaluating and executing transactions (M&A, investments, innovation projects, partnerships or other deals) Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with technology start-ups and/or digital product development teams is highly preferred.

  • Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments

  • Superior interpersonal skills and proven ability to build strong relationships cross-functionally both internally and externally

  • Collaborative approach in concept generation and proposing recommendations

  • Work closely with internal and external business partners in implementing proposed innovations

  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects

  • Ability to logically structure analytical approaches to complex problems to drive design choices (including advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint skills).

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Education

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required. Masters Degree Preferred
