CVS Health Senior Manager Digital Product, SEO in Boston, Massachusetts
The Senior Digital Product Manager, SEO is responsible for developing and executing the technical ecommerce SEO strategy for cvs.com. This role is responsible for delivering working software as the leader of two agile SEO engineering teams. This is an instrumental role in transforming how our customer’s will perceive and interact with CVS.com in the digital space across several programs that generate multi-million-dollar business value to the organization and touch millions of consumers. Accountable for identifying customer needs, prioritizing program features, and guiding the general flow of work through the program. To perform the role, they are expected collaborate very closely with other Product Managers, Release Train Engineers, Product Owners, and critical stakeholders in a scaled agile environmentResponsibilities:Lead technical SEO program for the CVS.com ecommerce business-Define the opportunities and technical strategy for SEO traffic growth- Partner with engineering and architecture to identify, test, and scale new opportunities to increase ecommerce SEO visibility and traffic-Report on progress and opportunities to leadershipAgile Release Train Feature’s Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap Ownership and Development -Makes decisions, in partnership with senior business leaders, on digital investments and priorities-Develops business cases, makes recommendations, and defines what success will look like for Epics that are critical to driving value for CVS Health strategic priorities.-Sets and owns vision and roadmaps for their team as well as provides subject matter expertise and guidance on the product strategy to scrum teams and leaders -Responsible for translating customer and business needs into short term and long-term product direction (outcome roadmap) -Assures product strategy is followed from internal pilots to external launch-Conducts demos to articulate product level strategy to executive level stakeholdersProgram Backlog Ownership/Prioritization -Partner w/ other areas including architecture design, and engineering to lay the groundwork for future feature delivery-Prioritizes and aligns the efforts of agile product teams and epics/features associated with programs – managing the flow of work through the program and into the program backlog.-Owns the program backlog to drive value pricing, licensing, and ROI -Identifies dependencies among the teams -Works with RTEs, when roadblocks occur, to problem solve and develop mitigation plans -Escalates risks and issues to program backlog to stakeholder along with providing recommendations on tradeoffs and solutions-Establishes feature acceptance criteria.Trend Monitoring and Customer Value Assessment -Responsible for researching, interpreting and communication the internal voice of the customer to the teams on the train. Keeps apprised of customer needs through interaction with the customer and business stakeholders by conducting interviews, surveys, brainstorming sessions, trade studies, and market research-Performs industry research, as necessary, to keep senior stakeholder and teams apprised of the competitive landscape as well as support feature development. Releases and Program Increments Defines, sets, and drives program increment prioritiesResponsible for release definition as well as works with release management, where applicable, to decide when enough value has been accrued to warrant a release to the customer participant in biweekly System DemosSets goals in the assessment of Metrics, including evaluation of business value achieved versus plan including evaluation of business value achieved versus plan, and are active participants in the inspect and adapt workshop.
5+ years required of in-house experience building consumer-facing SEO products at large scale2+ years of experience with web analytics platforms (adobe, google, etc.).5+ years of Digital Product Management experience.2+ years of experience taking on end-to-end product ownership and successfully delivering results in a dynamic and complex environment.2+ years web and app experience. 2+ years of Front-End and User experience.2+ years of Agile experience.2+ years of experience using quantitative skills with the ability to link product design and features to strategic objectives while using hard data and metrics to substantiate assumptions and recommendations.* This is a remote / 100% telework position.Travel may be up to 10% for quarterly PI Planning Meetings once travel is permitted.

A willingness to collaborate and cultivate relationships with third-party vendors. • Ability to set and keep deadlines for highly complex projects with multiple stakeholders.• Extreme attention to detail and ability to follow through.• Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely to both technical non-technical audiences, including leadership.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to work independently and within a team.• Experience working with industry leading tools such as seoClarity, brightedge, GSC, semrush, etc.• Working knowledge of SQL.• CMS experience (AEM, contentful, etc.).• Performance Management and Leadership experience with a geographically distributed team.• Proven ability to deliver convincing business case recommendations to senior management.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors).• Experience in healthcare or retail industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience
