Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
Serving as the command center, you will be the go-to for our executive engagement strategy and plans. You will also be our team’s quarterback for content marketing across our portfolio of programs. This role requires you to partner across multiple teams both within our own team as well as key stakeholders in regions, corporate COEs and GTM teams to name a few.

Deliver on longer term reputation and relationship objectives, while contributing to short-term revenue targets
Understand customer expectations to set up for optimization of their experience, innovate strategies and programs for engagement along the journey map
Drive strategy and plan that supports a healthy executive contact database
Align KPIs and metrics that deliver on value to Sales and show business impact
The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?
This is a global role where you will be interfacing directly with leadership and a broad set of global and regional collaborators and stakeholders. Partnership and strong communication skills will be your key strengths are you look to influence without direct ownership across teams and levels. Being comfortable with data and use of analytics to draw insights will be to your advantage.
With experiences in enterprise executive marketing, strategic content marketing, account based strategies and knowledge of SaaS, the responsibilities of this role will include:
As the primary liaison with the corporate CxO GTM team, understand and translate the strategy to create a global end-to-end executive campaign aligned to the executive audience journey and regional priorities
Collaborate across marketing teams in a matrixed organization to deliver an integrated program that encompasses high touch programs to low touch scale strategies
Work with Office of the CIO, Executive Insights and regional teams to get insights to customer priorities and apply the intelligence to create and refine programs
Team up to develop and maintain the CxO digital blueprint, and drive continuous innovation along the executive audience journey
Offer guidance on target personas and segments, and align with regions on accounts and priorities
Manage CxO Bill of Materials and produce promotional/derivative assets to support the campaign strategy (briefs, organic and paid social, SEO, emails, infographics, etc.)
Provide insights and recommendations across content, program, channel performance. Identify opportunities to optimize campaign performance
Manage spend and budgeting process as well as distribution across programs, and ensure investments are made based on campaign performance
Other deliverables include a plan-on-a-page, campaign playbook, content tracker, scorecard and reporting templates
What is the leadership like for this role?
This role reports to the Director of Enterprise and Executive Marketing in the Global Demand organization. She leads a team with a focus on supporting sales and regional marketing in driving the enterprise business especially through strategies that engage and nurture relationships with CxOs and senior target personas, as well as industry and account-based approaches. The team is geographically diverse and subscribes to a remote work experience and employee preference philosophy. Strategic planning and professional development time are set aside each week to ensure that team members can step away from the everyday activities to focus on their long range plans.

This role is fully remote and can be done anywhere in North America.
