About the Team

At Nutanix, you will be joining the GTM and Global Execution team within the marketing organization. This is a global team responsible for driving GTM strategy, cross-function collaboration, building and running global campaigns and executing at-scale programs. The GTM team works on projects of strategic importance at Nutanix, playing a crucial role in shaping integrated marketing execution and realizing our vision of becoming a best-in-class revenue marketing organization. The team works closely with sales, business development, corporate strategy teams, our executive leadership team, and all marketing functions to deliver on strategic priorities for the company.

You will report to the Sr. Director, GTM Strategy & Execution, who fosters an environment of support and mentorship. The work setup is hybrid, requiring team members to be in the office 2-3 days a week while also supporting flexibility to work remotely. This balance promotes both teamwork and individual productivity. Travel requirements for this position are minimal, allowing you to focus primarily on your projects without the added demands of frequent travel.

Your Role

Integrated Launch Management

  • Maintain and manage integrated launch calendar based on GTM strategic priorities

  • Work cross-functionally across different marketing functions and sales, business development orgs to ensure coordinated launch efforts, message consistency and continued drumbeat

  • Build planning timelines, project trackers, define ownership and launch road map, communications, and follow up

  • Collate and produce results summary for executive leadership visibility

GTM Program Management

  • Develop and implement key initiatives playbook to enable end-to-end, consistent, data-driven processes and execution

  • Monitor and effectively communicate progress across multiple GTM projects and initiatives

  • Build structure and governance for prioritizing opportunities, decision-making and resolving risks

  • Define guidelines and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the quality of execution of the planning initiatives

  • Analyze, report and evaluate outcomes against planning objectives and KPIs.

Process Development

  • Define, review & align on business requirements to execute annual and continuous GTM planning processes

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and other functions to identify requirements, scope, and deliverables for process improvements and templates

  • Work with cross-functional teams to build and integrate inbound/outbound processes for GTM strategy communication, OKR delivery and check-ins

  • Lead process deployment, communication, enablement, and adoption globally

  • Enable stakeholders to realize the most value from the process and data

What You Will Bring

  • Proven track record of delivering results, data-driven mindset, complete ownership of work and excellent business judgment

  • 3+ years experience working in cloud infrastructure or PaaS industry

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, data science or engineering; MBA preferred

  • 3+ years of experience leading projects end-to-end from data insights, strategy and tool definition, deployment, and execution

  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Wrike and other project management tool

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ambitious and curious self-starter with the ability to multi-task, manage priorities as needed

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 88,000 and USD $ 175,560 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
