Wolters Kluwer Senior Field/Partner Marketer -Partner & Field Marketing Professional in Boston, Massachusetts
SUMMARY:
Wolters Kluwer is looking for a smart, experienced, highly motivated marketer to build our partner marketing program and expand field marketing for our CCH® Tagetik North America business. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating partner and field marketing campaigns to drive pipeline generation and growth in accordance with business targets. Your goal is to collaborate with our Partner, Sales and Marketing teams – and our North America partners – to lay the foundation for a scalable partner marketing program, enable sales-generated pipeline, and promote effective engagement with key partners. Deliver associated tactics and measure their success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand the business and ecosystem
Build mutually beneficial relationships – Collaborate with our sales team, channels team, marketing, and our partners to drive revenue growth
Marketing programs – Create awareness and demand by developing campaigns and tactics that market to and through our partner channel ecosystem
Demand generation – Support local awareness, preference and demand by collaborating with sales to identify field marketing tactics, including those that leverage regional marketing plans
Events and webinars – Plan and execute events, webinars, podcasts
Event, program and partner go-to-market – establish packages of event and marketing offerings that streamline GTM and achievement of goals
Channel enablement – Revise and create content and assets that support success of our channel partners and field-generated pipeline contribution
Content and assets - Localize and/or customize
Reporting – ROI
Digital engagement – Serve as a business and partner champion on LinkedIn
Expenses tracking and forecasting
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
Required Experience:
Enterprise B2B Marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS company
Minimum of 3 years’ increasing responsibility in marketing roles involving field/territory marketing, and/or channel/partner marketing
Experience in event planning and execution
A passion for high-growth challenges, data-informed decisions, continuous improvement, and details
The ability to juggle multiple programs simultaneously with a knack for prioritization
A keen eye for compelling and innovative experiences
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present information in a meaningful and informative way
Collaborative approach yet able to work independently
Fueled by data with strong process, analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with MarTech and SalesTech stacks, eg, Marketo, Salesforce , analysis tools
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated project management skills
Knowledge of segmentation and digital marketing
Budget creation, expense management and forecasting
Preferred Experience:
Copywriting experience
Pragmatic Marketing background
Travel Requirements:
Up to 15% domestic travel required, primarily air travel.
