Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions (RPWS) serves the core financial needs of individual clients and plan participants by providing best in class, integrated products in the most intuitive, efficient and client friendly way while maintaining a forward thinking mindset and risk management focus. RPWS is responsible for both the institutional and personal retirement capability set to include 401(k), Equity and Health Benefit plans for companies of all sizes as well as college savings, personal retirement planning, retirement income, insurance and estate planning for individuals. RPWS also provides tools and content that enables advisors and bankers to help their client’s live their best financial lives.

Job Description

Serves as an Engagement Consultant for the retirement group’s mid to large sized Institutional clients. Defines and delivers effective communication strategies for a book of assigned clients based on business goals, corporate culture, financial wellness challenges, and identified employee behaviors. Supports sponsor and participant adoption of RPWS’s products and broader education programs. Understands how to engage various audience demographics to meet plan sponsor goals and address their communication challenges. Additionally, supports new business activity by representing the business’s engagement program capabilities and value. Provides forward-thinking leadership on how to engage various audience demographics to meet plan sponsor goals and address their communication challenges.Works to synthesize data to expose key insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.This is a client-facing role where the candidate will prepare and present client strategies and briefings for the plan sponsor and their senior management team. Role is also expected to participant in sales and rebid situations to represent the organization when needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.– Marketing or Communications major a plus

  • Client facing strategy and/or relationship management preferred

  • Experience in meetings with key decision makers and solid presentation skills.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to take thought leadership and make relevant to plan sponsors and strategy

  • Project management skills with a demonstrated understanding or willingness to learn production processes across media or willingness to learn

  • Problem solver and collaborator mindset with the ability to work in a client facing team environment

  • Experience in the retirement & investment business a plus

  • Experience with digitaland multi-channel marketing campaigns, social media, andTableau, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other relevant platforms preferred or willingness to learn quickly.

  • Knowledge of the firm’s products and services or a willingness to learn quickly

  • FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or ability to obtain within Compliance deadline)

Colorado pay and benefits information

Colorado pay range:

$96,800 - $121,200 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
