<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>


<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage, lead, and inspire a small team of editorial copywriters dedicated to catalog and direct mail.&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Oversee, edit, and write copy for all print initiatives, including seasonal catalogs, category-specific mini-books, circulars, postcards, and more.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Drive editorial messaging, considering how copy, imagery, and product come together to tell the strongest story and inspire the consumer, all while being tightly aligned with brand priorities.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work in tandem with design lead to guide and inspire the team as well as elevate our print portfolio. Push on each other to move the brand forward, identify efficiencies, and build on a rock-solid, holistic creative strategy that spans across print and ladders up to business goals.&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Live in lockstep with cross-functional marketing and merchandising partners. You’ll be responsible for understanding and influencing their priorities and goals, partnering on visual merchandising and product-based storytelling, maintaining seamless communication, and effectively translating creative strategy.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Do all of the above in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are daily and the volume of work is high. Pace should thrill you, not derail you.&nbsp;</span></li>


<p><strong>What You’ll Need:</strong></p>


<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">8+ years relevant experience in content creation for a retail audience (either in-house or at an agency), or shelter publication (digital or print) with an understanding of marketing principles</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Exceptional writing and editing skills</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proven experience leading and developing a team of writers</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to execute, as well as see the big picture and think in a strategic, conceptual way</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Visual merchandising and/or art direction experience and a passion for writing copy for the home space is a major plus</span></li>
