Humana Senior Culture, Engagement & Communications Professional - Primary Care Organization in Boston, Massachusetts
This individual will drive effective communication within the Primary Care Organization/PCO for effective employee engagement.

Operating as payor-agnostic, wholly owned subsidiary of Humana, our centers put the unique needs of seniors at the center of everything we do. Our clinics offer a team-based care model, where our physicians lead a multi-disciplinary care team supporting patient's physical, emotional, and social wellness.
The Sr. Culture, Engagement & Communications Professional will support the PCO's communication needs and efforts to drive internal engagement across the organization. Working with the Primary Care Organization's leadership team, they will develop and execute various projects and programs to enhance internal communications within the PCO connecting to the broader Humana enterprise including but not limited to executive communications, M & A communications, Town Halls, newsletters, intranet content and supporting communication efforts with various M&A activity. In addition, they will partner with HR for employee engagement efforts with the champions embedded throughout the organization and participate in communications for Councils related to PCO. Work collaboratively with market leadership on communication strategies for their markets.
Bachelor's degree (in relative field highly desired)
5+ years of experience in employee communications, public relations, corporate communications, marketing and/or media experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to present ideas effectively to build support and gain consensus.
Ability to establish Strategic communication strategies within the PCO
High level of enthusiasm and motivation; ability to become a confident change-agent
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a highly matrixed, cross functional environment
Willingness to manage and prioritize diverse projects

Communications experience in a Fortune 100 or large public relations or communications agency
Change management experience in a corporate environment
