Humana Senior CRM Marketing Professional in Boston, Massachusetts

Care Marketing is looking for a CRM Marketing Professional for the Humana Neighborhood Centers team who can successfully develop member-centric, multi-channel targeted campaigns that meet or exceed identified KPIs within a collaborative cross-functional team.

As a Senior CRM Marketing Professional, you will:

  • Develop consumer-centric marketing strategies that drive engagement with our Humana Neighborhood Centers

  • Manage data-driven member engagement campaigns through all aspects of multi-channel direct marketing, including planning, campaign messaging (email, direct mail and digital touchpoints, etc.), campaign execution, and results monitoring

  • Manage test & learn initiatives to deliver on an integrated member-centric engagement strategy

  • Identify, analyze, and evaluate business opportunities using historical campaign performance, consumer research and competitive intelligence

  • Utilize problem-solving and organization skills, demonstrate attention to detail and manage multiple high-profile programs

  • Leverage analytics to optimize marketing activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Marketing with a digital focus, Business Administration or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in multi-channel integrated marketing strategy and implementation focused on consumer behavior and response conversion

  • Prior focus on marketing growth strategies, innovation, test & learn scenarios, digital marketing and process implementation

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and leverage analytics and data insights to drive marketing optimization

  • Experience working with internal and external copywriters, graphic designers, and print/email/telecomm vendors

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while implementing projects

  • Strong business acumen skills, understanding of business goals, comfortable with evaluating and communicating financial metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Experience working with business partners to deliver solutions that meet their needs

  • Organized and detail oriented; possessing excellent time management skills

  • Excellent communications skills, written and verbal, able to communicate at all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior marketing or industry experience focused on Medicare Members and/or Health and Well-being

  • Prior experience working within an advertising or direct marketing agency.

  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional performance marketing environment

  • Self-managing and disciplined; possess the ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and operate effectively within a large and complex organizational structure

  • Experience with Agile marketing
