We’re looking for a Brand Strategic Planner to help shape the brand narrative and positioning by leveraging research and data to drive creatively-focused brand marketing initiatives.

The Senior Brand Strategic Planner reports to the Senior Brand manager, overseeing creative strategy and integrated campaign development. This multifaceted role combines your love of research and data with an ability to divine insights and translate them into actionable brand marketing efforts. You are a champion of creative excellence, you know good work when you see it, and have spent time working closely with copywriters, designers, and art directors. You are flexible, gracious, and can solve any problem through ingenuity, empathy, and unflappable professionalism.

Things you’ll do:

  • Oversee the brand tracker study in partnership with product research

  • Drive bespoke research projects to test hypothesis and gather deeper learnings

  • Develop testing methodologies for creative and marketing initiatives

  • Collaborate with paid media and internal data science teams to analyze full-funnel messaging effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities

  • Partner closely with cross-functional partners

  • Partner closely with the VP of Brand and Creative on high-visibility projects

  • Onboard and manage agencies and vendors

  • Approach requests, projects, and with a holistic view of the business

What we’re looking for:

  • 6+ years in-house or agency experience

  • You value research, data, and creative excellence

  • You enjoy being part of the creative process end to end

  • You’ve run research projects

  • Have experience with brand tracker studies

  • Have field creative, messaging, and platform testing

  • Are comfortable with analytics tools

  • Have a natural instinct to identify integrated marketing opportunities with the ability to influence cross functionally

  • Excellent time and project management skills

  • You are a dedicated and enthusiastic communicator and collaborator

  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas and findings

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional team members

  • Passion for helping make people’s working lives simpler, more pleasant, and more productive.

  • Global experience a plus

For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $99,200. You may also be entitled to receive bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
