Wayfair Senior Analyst, Display Marketing in Boston, Massachusetts

<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Display Marketing team owns full-funnel marketing (Prospecting and Retargeting) for Wayfair US and Canada, and we partner with various display platforms such as Google Ads, Yahoo, and LiveIntent to fuel growth for the business. On the Prospecting front, we are responsible for driving growth by introducing new customers to our email marketing program and giving them a positive on-boarding experience so that they eventually become part of our loyal customer base. On the Retargeting front, we are directly accountable for maximizing revenue, engagement, and lifetime value for our existing customers. We drive the ultimate growth and revenue strategy for the business by partnering with Data Science, Ad Tech, Product, and other teams to build innovative platforms and systems to provide our customers with a smarter, unforgettable, personalized, and world-class experience.</span></p>

<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>

<ul>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborate with a team and set of cross-functional partners that are global, caring, smart, driven, and nimble to formulate, prioritize, and execute against major strategic initiatives to deliver channel growth.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage the multi-million dollar Display Marketing channel for Wayfair Canada across multiple digital display advertising platforms to win the point of sale and maximize lifetime value by owning strategy, execution, and performance.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Serve as an expert on combined Retargeting and Prospecting performance and strategy for Wayfair Canada, charting a course on how customer acquisition and retention can work in tandem.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to own creative strategy for our channel. Design and A/B test new creative, landing experiences, and game-changing program initiatives.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build strategic partnerships with external advertising vendors/platforms and explore opportunities to expand our program to new vendors.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Leverage deep analytics to root out trends and develop data-driven solutions to complex business problems.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Analyze and monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and make optimizations to drive ROI; react to deviations from plans quickly and strategically.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborate with Ad Tech, Data Science, Engineering, Storefront, and Business Intelligence to architect uniquely innovative and value-additive products that enhance business value and customer delight (e.g., internal ad serving platforms, new webpages, measurement stack).</span></li>

<p><strong>What You'll Need&nbsp;</strong></p>

<ul>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">2+ years of experience in digital marketing, management consulting, startup/tech, finance, and/or strategy with an analytical emphasis.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A total ownership mindset - ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment with a dynamic bias for action and a “get stuff done” attitude.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent critical thinking and stakeholder management skills - ability to break down and communicate complex ideas and influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong quantitative analytics with a technical lean - ability to generate insights and solutions or build a story and strategy from large data sets.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Holistic results/growth orientation married with entrepreneurial thinking and an insatiable intellectual curiosity - a relentless focus on driving impact and continuous improvement.</span></li>
