Wayfair Senior Analyst, B2B Program Management in Boston, Massachusetts

Wayfair Professional has nearly tripled in size over the past 3 years, and we are seeking to expand and upgrade the strategic capabilities that support our growing sales team.</span></p>


<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The B2B Program Management function, which is under the B2B Sales Org, is designed to enable our Sales Org to drive revenue and grow our market share effectively by designing, developing and optimizing strategy, programs, processes, and tools. We help drive both long-term thinking about what customer experience will maximize profitable growth and shorter-term measures improving operational efficiency. We do this in partnership with a sales organization of over 500 agents delivering a nine-figure annual revenue target.</span></p>


<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As an Analyst/Senior Analyst within Program Management in Managed Programs (i.e. accounts with a dedicated account manager), you will be responsible for making sure the experience for customers makes them want to shop with Wayfair Professional again and again. You’ll do so in partnership with a cross-functional team including Sales Enablement, Insights and Analytics, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance, among others. You will drive the discovery, testing &amp; implementation of programs &amp; initiatives to build a world class sales organization at Wayfair. This is an opportunity to own end to end processes, from ideation to implementation. You will be in a highly visible, cross functional and impact heavy role.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You’ll determine how our Managed Programs organization should interact with our B2B customers. You’ll identify opportunities to improve our operating model to improve efficiency across our sales ecosystem. You’ll lead diagnostic analyses to understand and influence the health of our business. You’ll introduce new initiatives into the Sales organization. You’ll influence the long-term strategy for the B2B business unit. Your output won’t just live on a PowerPoint page, but in the actions of hundreds of sales professionals and associated teams as part of a nine-figure, rapidly-growing business.</span></p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Need to Succeed</strong></p>


<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or related field, and 2+ years of work experience, preferably in Program Management, Data Analytics or Consulting</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent communication and presentation skills</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong data visualization &amp; data analytical skills. Ability to get your hands dirty digging into the data to extract valuable insights.&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience in Looker, Data Studio, Salesforce, Salesloft, SQL preferred</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to synthesize insights from data analysis, developing business cases for new initiatives, and get buy-in from partnering teams/senior leadership</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to translate business problems/requirements into tactical solutions</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong problem-solving skills - willingness to ask questions and dig into root causes to identify blockers to success</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong project management and stakeholders management skills, and a collaborative mindset</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience in leading strategy projects (i.e. evaluating a portfolio of options to improve growth and/or profitability within a business unit) preferred</span></li>
