Picture Yourself at Pega:
Design, execute and continuously improve Pega’s Solutions Consulting training programs. Work with a cross-functional team to deliver live and virtual instruction in a variety of channels. Ensure a world- class Solutions Consulting experience through curriculum and content development, program and project management, and learning systems and analytics. This includes the full life cycle of enablement activities – design, enable, adopt, measure, and continuously improve - as well as ensuring alignment with operations, product, marketing, sales, industry strategy, and management stakeholder groups.
What You'll Do at Pega:
Manage and develop Pega Solutions Consulting onboarding and continuous enablement curriculums
Collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional partners from product, marketing, sales, and other teams
Work closely with Solutions Consulting leadership, Operations, and Effectiveness teams to understand and address learning needs and gaps
Gather feedback and data to understand curriculum effectiveness, drive continuous improvement and high adoption, and foster innovative approaches
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of professional experience with 5+ years in Sales/Pre-sales Enablement, with previous Sales or Solutions Consulting experience preferred
Expertise with face-to-face and virtual training delivery, blended learning, and active learning design
Strong understanding and mastery of sales enablement, sales methodologies, and sales process coaching
Passionate about life-long learning and inspiring that in others
Experience developing and evolving Sales or Pre-sales Enablement curriculums to meet organization-specific needs
Excellent written, oral communication skills, and coaching skills.
High degree of efficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Internet related tools (e.g. Social Media)

Successfully executed on the spectrum of enablement activities from curriculum development through to execution and continuous improvement
Lead or facilitated live, virtual learning sessions
Worked effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver training programs
Designed, produced, and delivered communications to varied stakeholder groups
