Your Role and Responsibilities

Do you want to help our clients realize business benefits and transform their business model through enablement of next generation SAP solutions, exponential technologies and cloud?

We are looking for a dynamic thought leader that is passionate about helping our clients understand how they can use S/4HANA, SAP LOB solutions, AI/ML/Automation, and Hybrid Cloud technologies to unlock new business opportunities as they launch their digital transformation journeys.

What You’ll Do:

You will be a go-to-market leader in our SAP practice helping clients establish their strategic vision and priority business capabilities through thought leadership and best practices while developing a tailored S/4HANA transformation strategy and roadmap that aligns with operational imperatives and maximizes return on investment.

You will support sales at key accounts by leading the scoping, solutioning, and program planning around S/4HANA under IBM’s SAP strategic assessment and roadmapping framework called Rapid Discovery.

You must be a great storyteller. This will be required to support sales and go-to-market activities for SAP S/4HANA opportunities, which will include writing and shaping proposals and presenting at orals. You will also help IBM differentiate itself and shape value propositions for each opportunity.

You will bring thought leadership to our portfolio of SAP offerings and continue to refine our approach and messaging in our go-to-market material. You will also be responsible for supporting seller enablement and scaling our capabilities in Rapid Discovery.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • At least 6 years of experience selling and delivering SAP transformation programs

  • At least 2 years of experience selling and delivering SAP S/4HANA transformation programs

  • Program lead experience on large scale SAP implementations

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience leading multiple S/4HANA strategy engagements

  • Experience developing business cases for SAP transformation programs

  • Experience driving SAP value with RPA, Machine Learning, AI, Blockchain, IoT and Cloud

  • Experience driving SAP proposal responses including solutioning S/4 transformations
