The Work:

  • Collaborate with Clients to design and optimize end to end processes in Downstream Hydrocarbon Value Chain & SAP Commodity Management and Trading, using SAP technology (Contract Management, SAP Risk, SAP Deal Capture, SD, MM, IS-Oil TSW, TD, HPM, Exchanges, SSR, OGSD, RFNO)

  • Lead teams of consultants to advise clients on using SAP to build state-of-the-art solutions powered by SAP tools such as SAP S4 ERP.

  • Lead delivery of stand-out SAP solutions that meet your clients' unique needs and position them for long-term success.

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with your clients' senior leaders to help Accenture become the go-to partner in bringing their long-term vision to life.

  • Grow Accenture's SAP practice by leading business development, proposal submission, and sales efforts.

  • Serve as an expert and thought leader in the Accenture SAP practice by continuing to build your own and your team's expertise in SAP.

    Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum of 7 years experience with SAP

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the SAP IS-Oil modules and Hydrocarbon Value Chain process area

  • Minimum of 3 years experience supporting the Oil & Gas, Chemicals or Utilities Industry/clients

  • Minimum of two end-to-end SAP HVC implementation, including hands-on design and configuration

  • Experience leading a team in a Global Delivery model

  • Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Bonus Points if:

  • You’re comfortable with ERP technology and know your way around SAP, Oracle, Workday.

  • You have experience in Agile delivery methodologies and design thinking.

  • You have prior sales experience developing responses to client proposals and participating in sales presentations to clients.

  • You have exposure to operational reporting and understanding the pain areas in the industry is desirable.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below. Role Location: Annual Salary Range:

California $93,400 to $258,500

Colorado $93,400 to $223,300

District of Columbia $99,500 to $237,800

New York $86,500 to $258,500

Maryland $86,500 to $206,800

Washington $99,500 to $237,800
