Demonstrates thought-leader level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success in a Marketing Technology role, including but not limited to:
Thinking strategically regarding leadership and solution development across technologies & programs, including: Analytics, Personalization, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Data Management Platforms (DMP), Marketing Automation, Advertising Technologies, and e-Commerce;
Demonstrating specialization and confidence to engage with business and technology leaders to understand strategy, articulate solution options, evaluate trade-offs and influence key decisions;
Working experience and knowledge of sophisticated customer solutions involving more than one Salesforce cloud technologies, such as: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud;
Developing value propositions, solution approaches, and business proposals to meet client needs;
Directing multi-competency teams to deliver successful Salesforce solutions; and,
Exhibiting strategic vision to develop and position PwC and yourself as a thought leader in the Marketing & Martech space.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:
Possessing a broad understanding of enterprise applications to which Salesforce is commonly integrated to enable an end-to-end ecosystem for enterprise customers;
Exhibiting extensive project management skills including the ability to prioritize, sequence, execute and deliver projects on time and on budget;
Possessing specialist level technical background, ideally with experience or a degree in computer science, information systems, or other technical degree; and,
Understanding of the emerging trends and capabilities across the marketing and advertising landscape, including personalization, e-commerce, data platforms, analytics, marketing automation solutions, and/or advertising exchanges.
