ABOUT THE ROLE

Global Business Operations is a cross-functional discipline that works closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, and Finance. As a member of the Go-To-Market analytics team, the Sales Analyst will work directly with LogMeIn’s senior leaders to deliver high impact data-driven insights that drive the success of the entire business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct data analysis in support of day-to-day business performance as well as monthly and quarterly business reviews with LogMeIn’s senior management team

  • Perform insights analysis on sales & marketing funnel and KPI’s for key stakeholders in understanding business trends in a timely manner

  • Partner with Marketing, eCommerce, Sales, Customer Care, and Finance to make data-driven recommendations on investment and resource allocation

  • Establish Go-To-Market targets to support Plan attainment

  • Proactively communicate findings and form partnerships with stakeholders

  • Measure and report on performance to targets and identify root cause drivers of variances

  • Present technical findings to non-technical audiences; translates complex quantitative data into succinct actionable insights

  • Work with members of multiple departments to understand processes and data/reporting requirements

  • Lead or participate in strategic initiatives as needed (e.g. customer research, market research etc.)

SKILLS

  • 5+ years prior experience in business operations, analytics, management consulting, finance, marketing, or market research preferred

  • Exceptional quantitative and data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel, Tableau, & PowerPoint

  • Strong work ethic and outstanding team player

  • Shows initiative; able to work independently

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially the ability to make persuasive arguments and tell compelling stories using data

  • Ability to build partnerships throughout the organization and present to senior executives

  • Strong project management skills

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity in dynamic situations

  • Capable of working in remote centric and fast-changing environment

  • Project Management experience a plus

  • SQL a plus
